Plastic. Measures approximately 5 inches. VG+/EX with VG box (box has some wear and price sticker tears.) Used, sticky tape on back has been used to hang on door and is no longer sticky. Doesn't work, don't know if it is broken or if the batteries have died (not sure if they are replaceable, looks like it needs to be unscrewed to open as there is no battery compartment visible.) Sold as nonworking. Cute!
